The fourth mobility
The fourth mobility of the FABAS project took place in Guérande, France, from october 3rd to october 5th, 2022, with 24 participants.
The coordination and facilitation were provided by Olivier Guichard Vocational High School, Collège Jules Verne, and the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire.
During the mobility, the delegation was warmly welcomed at Olivier Guichard Vocational High School. They engaged in an Ice-Breaker activity to foster connections among the participants. The morning session featured a powerful theater play that depicted the stories of high school students who were victims of bullying. The participants discussed the benefits of art therapy in overcoming such situations.

The day continued with presentations on anti-bullying activities at Jacques Prévert Middle School and practical workshops focusing on classroom interventions. The participants explored photo stereotypes and had in-depth discussions on adapting Maslow's hierarchy of needs to education. They also addressed the issue of authority in educational institutions.

On the second day, the mobility took place at Jules Verne Middle School. The participants immersed themselves in classes for children with cognitive function disorders and witnessed the integration of these students into mainstream education. They studied a concrete case and discussed different approaches to address bullying.

The participants also learned about the regional program "Phares et Balises" which offers awareness training and support for education professionals. The day concluded with a visit to the salt marshes.

On the final day, the delegation gathered at Olivier Guichard High School to discuss the protocol implemented at the school, focusing on prevention, identification, and treatment of bullying. They learned about the pHARe program implemented by the French government to strengthen measures against bullying.

In the afternoon, the participants worked on the deliverables of the project, specifically focusing on the creation of a podcast and a guide. They discussed the content, budgets, and distribution of tasks for these deliverables.

Overall, the mobility provided valuable insights, practical workshops, and opportunities for collaboration in addressing bullying and promoting a safe educational environment.

The image of this boat (or tree) presents characters in different evocative situations. This game can be used as a conclusion of an activity. Each participant is invited to choose a character and explain their choice to clarify their position in the group or their feelings. This tool has been used almost at the end of all the FABAS mobilities.
