The Webinars
"Video conferencing" has been a valuable tool during the pandemic to continue working and communicating with colleagues or partners. Although its use today may raise questions, it was a crucial "point of entry" for the FABAS project towards new important encounters in the journey of all participants. The webinars were somewhat "academic" exercises but allowed us to assess our respective knowledge in the fight against harassment.
The first webinar
JANUARY 28th, 2021
This webinar was facilitated by the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire.
The first seminar addressed several crucial issues, such as materializing the project, establishing initial connections between partners, and aligning with the objectives of the FABAS project.
The overall objectives of the FABAS project were to initiate a reflection on the tools and methods used by each partner to combat bullying in schools. To foster this exchange of best practices, studying a case through an interactive meeting platform proved to be the most relevant exercise to address the aforementioned challenges.
Each participant received the same case to study one month before the webinar. The successive interventions were meant to highlight the main problem raised by the situation and present the first three concrete measures to be implemented.
This initial collective work allowed us to appreciate the initial differences between each organization, as well as the expectations regarding the project's progression. It set the tone for the project, characterized by a professional requirement and a friendly atmosphere. It also allowed some participants to overcome their insecurities related to their level of English, as everyone can express themselves in Globish !

The second webinar
MARCH 24th, 2021
This second webinar was facilitated by the Italian team from Progetto Crescere.
The objectives and guidelines of this second session remained faithful to the first webinar. Only the case study underwent a modification.
Other members of the partner organizations had the opportunity to participate in this exercise, thereby contributing to strengthening the group cohesion and disseminating initial reflections.

The third webinar
JUNE 17th, 2021
This third webinar was facilitated by the team from the Rectorate of the Province of Liège.
In continuation of the difficulties caused by the ongoing COVID pandemic, a third webinar was held before the summer of 2021. The rules of the game remained unchanged. However, all participants realized that the project could not continue in this manner for three years.
The first mobility was still scheduled for November 16, 2021. While awaiting this long-awaited event, each partnership member had one final opportunity to test their knowledge and skills in combating harassment. These three webinars ultimately served as preparatory training for the upcoming mobilities.
