The fifth mobility

The fifth mobility of the project took place in Reggio Emilia, Italy, with 24 participants.

Progetto Crescere, a social cooperative, provided coordination and facilitation.

On the first day, the participants were welcomed at the Sala Civica la Polveriera, a renovated armory. An icebreaker activity called "My Logo" was conducted, allowing participants to express their personality, activity, and expectations. A presentation on the Italian educational system and inclusive schooling was given, emphasizing the Reggio Emilia region's renowned educational approach developed by Loris Malaguzzi. The Progetto Crescere team shared their collaboration activities with educational staff and interventions within schools. A prevention video against bullying was also presented.

The second day focused on practical implementation. Participants tested various activities offered by Progetto Crescere, including case studies, group dynamics, communication exercises, reflection on interpersonal dynamics, and analyzing classroom relationships. This hands-on experience helped participants evaluate the applicability of these activities in their own organizations. The day also included a cultural visit to the Malaguzzi International Center and the Reggiane Innovation Park, showcasing Reggio's focus on innovative education and social inclusion.
